🌈 Discover the Magic of Colour & Connection with ChriSOULa Sirigou

For over 15 years, I’ve been guiding families, children and young people on journeys of emotional well-being,
self-discovery, and harmony through Colour Energy. As a practitioner, teacher, author, and broadcaster,
my mission is to help families connect, nurture, and thrive together.

ChriSOULa Sirigou – My Journey with Colour, Energy, and Essential Oils
...................

From as early as I can remember, growing up in my motherland Greece, I was drawn to the colours and aromas of the natural world. I remember watching my mother cook with cinnamon, and fragrant herbs like oregano, basil, dill, and coriander, surrounded by our garden bursting with colour and life. Everywhere you go in Greece, colour and aroma are abundant—they’re part of daily life, part of the culture. Later, living in France and travelling in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, I noticed how naturally herbs and scents are used in food and everyday life, enriching our experiences and nourishing both body & soul.

This early connection to nature, herbs, and their aromas laid the foundation for my deep respect for essential oils. These oils are not just beautiful scents—they are powerful tools for supporting our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Over the years, I have seen how essential oils can help balance the nervous system, support hormonal transitions, and bring harmony during times of grief, stress, or change.

During a pivotal moment in my life, after experiencing burnout and a personal health breakdown, I discovered the Colour Mirrors energy system. It taught me how colour, energy, and aromas could profoundly impact the whole being: mind, body, and spirit. Since then, organic essential oils have been an essential part of my holistic toolbox, supporting not only my own wellbeing but also the wellbeing of the children, parents, and educators I work with.

I work as a wellness advocate for doTERRA, not to promote a brand, but because I have personally experienced the purity and potency of these oils and have witnessed their positive effects in the lives of my clients. Their products, including doTERRA Kids oils and family blends, are designed to support holistic health and wellbeing, making them a powerful tool for creating calm, focused, and harmonious environments in both home and classroom.

Some of my personal favourites are Rose, which brings a sense of love and openness; Frankincense, which helps me feel grounded; Jasmine, which feels like home; and Lavender, which calms and relaxes me. These aren’t just beautiful aromas—they interact with our nervous system and limbic brain, supporting emotional balance, focus, and overall wellbeing.

At HappyNEST, I bring these tools into programmes for children, young people, parents, and educators. Using colour, energy, and essential oils, we support children to feel seen, heard, and appreciated, helping them focus, collaborate, and feel relaxed. Families and schools also benefit, as these tools foster positive relationships, inner balance,
and emotional harmony.

I believe that in order to create, thrive, and feel fulfilled, we need to feel supported, safe, and encouraged. Essential oils, alongside other holistic practices, are natural, nurturing resources that can fuel our creativity, elevate our mood, and bring inner peace and excitement. They remind us that wellbeing is our prerogative—it is available, accessible, and meant to be embraced fully.

HappyNEST is my way of sharing these tools with the world—helping families, educators, and children cultivate holistic wellbeing, emotional resilience, and a life filled with colour, harmony, and joy.

A cornerstone of this journey is my award-winning book, The Book of Soulful Musings. Honoured with a Gold Award at the Janey Loves 2018 Platinum Awards in London, the book reflects my dedication to inspiring others to reclaim their wholeness and inner gold. Through meaningful conversations, reflections, and insights, it offers tools for mindfulness, emotional well-being, and authentic living—core principles that underpin the HappyNEST Kids & Families Journey.
By investing in a copy, you’re not only bringing this inspiration into your home—you’re supporting the work of HappyNEST, helping us create workshops, resources, and experiences that empower families and children in our community.

Little Sparks of Joy was created in association with and in support of the RAINBOW Letters to Mother Earth Project, an international movement founded by ChriSOULa Sirigou whose mission and vision is children’s and youth engagement and to unite us all in harmony for the betterment of life on our planet. These letters, contributed by children, parents, teachers, artists, and creatives, offer a tapestry of gratitude, hope, and unity. The book serves as a beacon of light, reminding us of our shared humanity and the power of love and connection.

By investing in a copy, you not only bring joy and inspiration into your home but also support the ongoing work of HappyNEST in nurturing emotional safety and well-being for families and children.

The HappyNEST RAINBOW Method Portal is a transformative, family-focused book designed as the cornerstone of the HappyNEST Families programme. It integrates psychology, energy practices, and sensory tools into a practical 7-step framework (the RAINBOW Method) that empowers families, children, and caregivers to build emotional wellbeing, resilience, and deeper connection.

This foundational book leads into the RAINBOW Bears children's book series, where each bear embodies one of the seven steps/colours, helping children learn through story, play, and imagination. Both the Method and the stories are embedded in the HappyNEST KIDS Clubs curriculum, ensuring that the ideas are tested, playful, and accessible in real-world family and community settings.
