After years of studying child development, working with parents, mapping out the foundations of HappyNEST By Design, and teaching languages to hundreds and hundreds of children and teenagers, I’ve put together the most comprehensive programme for those who want to see children and families thriving.
Inside the HappyNEST By Design Programme, you will learn:
Current evolutionary trends in children including:
- Common behavioural manifestations of children
- Common challenges facing families TODAY as they raise their children in a chaotic world
- The impact that Human Design has on family structure and function
Foundational principles of child development and the development of the family, including information about:
- Child development and discipline; moving into a model of democratic parenting vs. autocratic or permissive parenting.
- Misbehaviour and its causes.
- Chakra development in children.
- Family developmental issues.
- Teens and their unique issues.
You will develop a preliminary understanding of the Human Design system and learn to use it to:
- Understand the unique makeup of each member of the family to determine how to help them live in harmony
- Pinpoint potential areas of strength and vulnerability in individual family members
- Teach family members to engage in respectful conversation
You will develop a preliminary understanding of Colour psychology and learn to use it to:
- Help interpret and understand your children's emotions
- Understand how it can support emotional understanding and self expression in the family
- Calm yourself and your children through Meditation and Breath work
- Improve well-being and balance Chakras with Colour energy frequencies
Inside the Programme
This Three-Month Programme Includes:
- A special pre-recorded welcome and orientation group call with the ChriSOULa to get you set up for success as you begin this programme
- 9 self-paced Modules of HappyNEST By Design Content
- Access to HappyNEST Facebook Group to ask content questions
- Access to HappyNEST Portal to receive ongoing guidance and resources
- Bi-weekly Check-in Calls with ChriSOULa to guide you along during the programme and support your journey
- One month integration period after the end of the 3-month programme (ongoing support and guidance)
- Upon completion of the 3-month programme, participants will receive invitation to extend their studies and take part in our Autumn 2025 Short HappyNEST™ KIDS Facilitators Certification Training (optional). Details available - please get in touch.

Quantum Human Design has changed my life and how I approach relationships. After having spent over 3 years of working with Human Design, I feel more passionate than ever to teach this wisdom through my own unique perspective, which is quite different than what you can read in any text book. Not only have I been a "teacher" for the last 30+ years, also my Numerology and Human Design Chart tell me I am here to teach! Just the confirmation I needed to confidently step up more!
I am very excited to bring my versatility of wisdom from radio broadcasting, my two published books and various trainings into this programme. As a lifelong learner, to begin with, I studied child development and social psychology with the Open University.
