Course Summary
Numerology is the study of numbers and the way they reflect certain qualities and tendencies on a personality as well as at a soul level.
The numbers we are born with (our birthdate and name) give us insight into what we came here to do and the lessons (challenges) we are likely to face in this lifetime.
They show us where and how we can develop ourselves to fulfil our potential.
This course is about seeing numbers through the lens of colour and Colour Mirrors, and opening to greater levels of insight that come when we blend two ancient systems, colour and numerology.

Who is ChriSOULa Sirigou?
ChriSOULa Sirigou aka The Golden Muse is the creative visionary of HappyNEST™ and founder of the Rainbow Letters to Mother Earth project. An intuitive numerologist specialising in the spiritual psychology of Colour as a teacher of the energy system of Colour Mirrors since 2014. All of her creations are dedicated to giving young people and adults an experience of their own unique colours. She is currently living in Nantwich, England and is originally from the sunny shores of Athens, Greece.
ChriSOULa has been a dedicated teacher of modern languages with 30 years of experience in primary, secondary, and adult education in Greece, France and the UK. Over the last decade she has turned her attention to working with the language and psychology of Colour in synergy with other science-based practices. Colour has huge benefits for our mental health and emotional well-being.
Her mission is to Nurture Emotional Safety in children and young people Together with the help of Bernie and the RAINBOW Superpowers. HappyNEST™ circles and programmes can equally support the emotional needs of neurodivergent children and children with autism.
Her dedication to self-expression and emotional understanding and wellbeing is what has inspired her to set up the RAINBOW Letters to Mother Earth Project in 2019 and to have published two books so far;
the award-winning The Book of Soulful Musings (2018) and
Little Sparks of Joy (2021) as a result of Rainbow Letters to Mother Earth campaigns during COVID and with contributions from children, parents, teachers, artists and creatives from all over the world - it is available on Amazon and Kindle.
ChriSOULa’s vision is to weave wonder and creative joy into our relationships and our unique expressions on Mother Earth, and to inspire us to unite with compassion and love for the betterment of the world and the legacy we wish to leave behind to the young generation.
