πŸ”₯🌿 The Heart & the Hearth

At the centre of The HappyNEST live two spaces:

πŸ”₯ Path One
 Hearth Gatherings

Foundation, safety and belonging.
A place to gather, rest and be held.

πŸ’š Path Two
Heart Circles

Truth, connection and expression.
A place to listen and speak what matters.

🌱 PATH THREE · ONLINE NESTING

The HappyNEST is not one thing.
It is an ecosystem.

A constellation of stories, experiences, languages and practices that help us:

  • feel emotionally safe
  • reconnect with ourselves and each other
  • remember that we belong

At its core, The HappyNEST holds warmth, welcome and presence
so hearts can soften, voices can grow bold,
and wings can open in their own time.

PATH FOUR 🀍 HappyNEST KIDS Circles

HappyNEST KIDS Circles are calm, welcoming spaces for children β€” and the adults who walk alongside them β€” where many different ways of feeling, sensing, playing and expressing are welcomed.

Through the world of Bernie and the RAINBOW Bears, children are invited to explore colour, story, play and carefully chosen essential oils as emotional companions, always with choice, clear structure and at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

These circles support children in building emotional understanding and communication in ways that honour both spoken and non-verbal expression.

Some circles are shaped for children who enjoy shared group experiences and imaginative play, while others offer additional sensory awareness, smaller group sizes and gentler pacing for children who need more predictability and support.

In all HappyNEST KIDS Circles, feelings are respected, differences are honoured and each child is met with care β€” exactly as they are.

Between them flows a living bridge of conversation, reflection and story.

πŸŒ™ PATH SIX: The Inner Compass Path

1–1 guidance for life transitions, emotional safety and soul-level clarity

This is the path for adults at crossroads, where the forest feels foggy and the ground beneath them is shifting.

It is for those who need:
a safe place to unravel a map of who they are (inner wiring)
tools to settle the nervous system
compassionate witnessing
reconnection with inner truth,
belonging and safety

This path offers 1–1 work with ChriSOULa Sirigou, including:

  • Human Design readings and integration understanding inner wiring, natural needs + energetic boundaries
  • Colour Mirrors Soul Readings  bringing subconscious emotional layers to light gently
  • Therapeutic essential oils  regulation, grounding, emotional expression, sensory clarity
  • Colour Therapy Oils & Essences support for transitions, grief, change, new beginnings
  • Story, symbol and inner child connection rebuilding inner safety from the root

This is for people navigating:

  • divorce or separation
  • job change or career transition
  • relocation grief, overwhelm or burnout
  • sensory sensitivity
  • identity shifts
  • β€œI don’t know who I am anymore”
  • β€œI want to break old patterns and not pass them on”

And this is why this path belongs in the HappyNEST:

When adults heal their inner safety, children:

  • co-regulate
  • feel safer
  • open emotionally
  • express more freely
  • trust the world more
  • feel the home becoming softer

The 1–1 Inner Compass work stabilises the entire family ecosystem.

"When adults find safety inside themselves, children feel it immediately."
- ChriSOULa Sirigou
